We offer two class concepts designed to build strength, fitness, and confidence, with coaching that ensures proper form, technique, and consistent progress.
Cardio Core Strength: A zoned, full-body workout targeting three key areas; cardio, core, and strength, through a structured, timed approach that delivers maximum impact.
Whole Body Conditioning: A functional circuit-based class using a blend of equipment, bodyweight and training systems to build total-body strength, endurance, and mobility.

Commit to weekly 1:1 in-person sessions at our private studio for hands-on coaching and consistent progress, or choose our monthly programme, which includes one extended (90 mins) in-person PT session (with full functional assessment), a tailored 4-week training and diet plan, and 24/7 support via our training app so you can stay on track wherever you train.
