We offer a carefully selected range of fitness classes across village and school halls around The Common, alongside more tailored services including one-to-one Personal Training, monthly Wellness Programmes, and Group PT sessions at our boutique home studio.
With a background that includes qualifying thousands of fitness professionals and managing leading facilities worldwide, Steve brings proven expertise and genuine passion to our local community.

The Village Hall
Zoned total body workout targeting three key areas of Cardio, Core and Strength in a timed and targeted approach.

Evening classes at 7pm
Whole Body Conditioning
The Junior School
Functional fitness and circuits with a range of equipment and utilising a variety of specialist training systems.
Duration = 50 minutes.
Tailored team sessions
Group PT (up to 4ppl)
Boutique Home Studio
Periodised conditioning tailored to meet the needs of each unique group. Workout in teams with your friends/family.
Duration = 1hr.

Class packs and monthly membership plans available as well as pay per session options for all class types. Upgrade your class schedule with a fully tailored personal fitness programme, nutrition guidance and meal plan. Daily habit tracking, PT check-ins and member only benefits and discount perks on all other products and services.

Get a thorough functional assessment and a tailored 4-week programme, plus a full diet plan designed for your needs. This programme includes one extended PT session per month and 24/7 support via our dedicated training app.
